Sunny winter day

After a grey days a sun was rising from east to fade away

the cold day ( - 18 degC ) and giving a hope for new dawn.

As you look over the white snow covered landscape you couldn't 

feel more lucky to be here. As I'm writing this the day has gone by

and I'm listening Loiri to sing about Aurora.

Winter days

This winter came earlier than expected.

A day before Christmas eve Lake Saimaa was

open water with some ice on bays. And overnight

in Christmas morning Saimaa was frozen with

ice cover on it.

So on Boxing Day it was partly open and pumped 

water on top of ice cover. All this was frozen

to shiny as best skate ring.

So less one week after it's frozen and I have walked

on ice with my dogs. Last year this was possible as 

late as in February

 Today was the sunny afternoon and beautiful day 

on ice.

Tomcat and MAC

A New Year has changed to 2009 and a while has been

since last writing.

I worked with my home pages and as extended of year 2009

finalized Tomcat installation to MAC OS X. As version 6 was

corrupted I used instead a version 5.5.27.

And now it's running steady as hell - also picked up a 

installation page with step by step help page.
